This customer wanted a new lawn, that is it! You can tell from the pictures he got much more than that. While doing the initial walkthrough I came upon the idea a adding a raised retaining wall bed along the front and planting it with gold thread cypress, hollies and clumps of celosia for color and when I told him the cost, he found it reasonable and also beneficial to the property with regards to property value. He decided to go with my idea and was pleased with the completion of his project.

The lawn installation involved rototilling the entire front yard area and finish raking the soil to establish an ideal soil for the grass seed to root within. Proper watering scheduling and an organic fertilization of the same resulted in a thick, lush and green lawn.

The raised terrace beds complete the design and build project. Running the width of the property along the street, it provides an appealing and pleasing landscaped feel to the property, inviting one to the residence.
