This large backyard consisted primarily of pool, plantings and patio. The only kid friendly space was a 20 by 40 area covered by ivy and large overhead shade trees. The tree company came in, removed all trees and ground cover. We removed all the unwanted masonry stones and reinstalled a walkway. A row of quick growing evergreens (Green Giant Arborvitae) also was installed to separate, screen and create privacy between the adjacent property. The final step was to install sod instead of seed because of the wear factor within a high area of activity.
